These Terms of Service govern your use of Masuds Labs websites, forms, assessments, consulting services, pilot requests, and digital products, including Outreach OS. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Masuds Labs provides AI consulting, software engineering, automation services, assessments, and product pilot access. Some services may require a separate statement of work, proposal, or written agreement.
Accounts and Trials
You are responsible for accurate signup information and for protecting account access. Pilot access may be limited, modified, or ended if we detect abuse, security risk, or usage outside the intended evaluation purpose.
Payments
Payments, invoices, taxes, and billing schedules are handled through manual invoice, bank transfer, or another agreed payment method. No automatic card charge is created by submitting a website pilot request.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate laws, infringe rights, send abusive or deceptive communications, compromise systems, or misuse AI-generated outputs. We may suspend access for harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
Masuds Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, product code, and know-how. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, search rankings, AI model behavior, or uninterrupted availability unless expressly agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masuds Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
