General Policy
We want customers to feel treated fairly. Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, the work already performed, and the billing terms shown in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.
Trials and Subscriptions
Pilot access requests do not create an automatic card charge. If a paid subscription or product license is later approved, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the written agreement or invoice.
Paid Audits and Digital Reports
Paid audit reviews and delivered digital reports are generally non-refundable once the report has been reviewed, generated, delivered, or emailed, except where required by law or where there was a clear duplicate/error charge.
Consulting and Custom Work
Consulting retainers, implementation work, custom development, and advisory services are governed by the applicable proposal or statement of work. Work already performed is generally not refundable.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the billing email, date, and receipt details. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.
